"I was leaving for a 5 day ride when I noticed that morning I had a leaky fork seal. I took a chance and rode down to Heritage Honda in Maysville KY to see if they could help me out. "I had shopped around looking for a deal and dealership were I wanted to purchase a Goldwing for a while. And everywhere I had visited everyone seemed so 'pushy'. Came into Heritage sat on a few bikes spent some time looking, was asked if I needed help, I said no thank you and was left to look, until I asked this one gentelman a question. That was when I was introducted to this guy named Mike Knight. He was so helpful and know his Wings, I guess because he rides one, that impressed me. Someone that rides what he sales. We talked for awhile, he showed me all the new improvements on the Wing. After I guess after an hour or so, the financing and deal was painless. No hassels, no problems, nothing! They took my VTX 1300 in trade. Almost all the parts I wanted were in stock, if not they were on before I picked it up. Which I wish to thank everyone for letting me take my time, it was cold out. A Work of Art sold by in my opinion the "Greatest Honda Dealership to ever exist...Heritage Honda of Maysville, Ky.!!!!!" I have owned, rode, and occasionally crash tested many different motorcycles since the tender age of 4. But nothing compares to my first ride on this beautiful black cherry, chrome packaged, engineering marvel called the "Valkyrie Rune". Actively been in pursuit of this exact motorcycle since the 2003 Summer Honda Hoot in Knoxville, Tennessee. At this event the Lead Honda Design Engineer upon seeing my excitement over the Valkyrie Rune let me go behind the roped off motorcycle for a closer look. One thing led to another and yes we started the motorcycle and even revved it up only to see a very rapidly growing crowd. The public relations from Honda was upset with the engineer and myself for starting the bike but we both just laughed with the cheers of the crowd as I had goose bumps from the awesome sound!!!!! Thanks to you and all at Heritage Honda for helping make a dream come true!!!!!!!! "I have been in this dealership probably 10-12 times for things from headlights to needing service on a variety at ATV's ( not all Honda, but they should be ) and I have NEVER been even slightly disappointed. From the front door to driveaway it's just a great experience.I bought a seeder/spreader one day and since the ATV was one the back of my truck, within minutes there were three or four guys running back and forward,,,it's installed! "I was traveling across country from San Diego on a brand new Honda ST-1300 and needed service on the road. The service department gave me directions from my location and told me to come right in. The atmosphere in the shop was very friendly and filled with enthusiasm for motorcycles. Mr. Applegate personally took my bike to the back and began giving it an expert once-over. For the next hour and a half Charles and Johnson explained my new motorcycle from top to bottom. They also gave me a tour of their immaculate facilities and unique services- making triks. I was very impressed with the profesionalism, knowledge, and expert customer service delivered with natural goodwill. I left the shop rejuvinated, tackling the remainder of my trip to New Jersey with confidence in my machine.
