"I was traveling across country from San Diego on a brand new Honda ST-1300 and needed service on the road. The service department gave me directions from my location and told me to come right in. The atmosphere in the shop was very friendly and filled with enthusiasm for motorcycles. Mr. Applegate personally took my bike to the back and began giving it an expert once-over. For the next hour and a half Charles and Johnson explained my new motorcycle from top to bottom. They also gave me a tour of their immaculate facilities and unique services- making triks. I was very impressed with the profesionalism, knowledge, and expert customer service delivered with natural goodwill. I left the shop rejuvinated, tackling the remainder of my trip to New Jersey with confidence in my machine. Out of the four motorcycle dealerships in four states I dealt with on my trip, Honda of Flemingsburg ranks at the top. From someone who knows, I'd recommend Honda of Flemingsburg as the best motocycle shop from coast to coast."
